1. Shipping methods and associated costs –

  • All Be Bare products are shipped via Shiprocket.
  • We offer expedited shipping, and the products will be dispatched within 48 hours of us receiving your order.
  • ₹100 shipping charges are applicable on all pre-paid orders.
  • Only orders of a value up to ₹2,500 can be paid for through Cash On Delivery (COD).
  • ₹100 shipping fee and ₹100 additional charges are applicable on all COD orders.

2. Modifying the shipping address – 

  • The shipping address for an order cannot be modified once placed.
  • In case of an urgent or unavoidable requirement to modify your shipping address, please write to us at info@weartheforce.com or WhatsApp us at +91 72080 82080, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. You can expect your Be Bare products to reach you within –

  • 5-7 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) – Tier 1 Cities
  • 7-10 working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) – Tier 2 Cities
  • 15+ working days (barring unforeseen circumstances) – Remote locations

4. You will receive your Order Tracking Number via E-mail once your order has shipped.

5. Orders placed cannot be canceled or modified. Reach out to us via E-mail (info@weartheforce.com) or WhatsApp us (+91 72080 82080) to request cancellations, and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

6. In the unlikely case that we are unable to ship your complete order within 14 days of receiving the order, we will cancel the unshipped part of the order. In this case, your payment for the unshipped items in your order will be refunded (through your mode of payment). Rest assured – we will not delay any refunds from our end in such a scenario!

7. In the rare case of technical issues (bank errors, failure from payment partner’s portal) if the amount has been deducted from your account and the order status hasn’t been updated – don’t worry! – your money is safe. Just update us on this issue by writing to us at info@weartheforce.com, or WhatsApp us at +91 72080 82080. We will look into it immediately and someone from the Be Bare team will contact you with an update within 48 hours.

8. Order tracking options –

  • Tracking information, including the tracking number and carrier details, will be emailed to customers once the order is dispatched.
  • The tracking link in the email will be active till you have received your order.
